Wanda Knisley is a Certified Facilitator of the EXPEDITION Coaching™ Program.

Wanda Knisley is principal of Integrated Human Resource Solutions, a coaching and consulting business that she founded in 1994. Wanda’s passion has always been in helping people develop their full potential, and her insight, encouragement and guidance has served many individual leaders over the past 19 years. Wanda Knisley specializes in leadership coaching, change management, team effectiveness, performance management and human resources strategy development.

Prior to starting her own business, Wanda worked for Ernst and Young management consultants in the People Advantage group for seven years and was a Manager of Human Resources in a public utility for five years. While she has worked with a variety of leaders across industries, Wanda has a special focus in working with operational leaders in the electric utility, mining and manufacturing industries.

Since starting her own business over eight years ago, Wanda has offered several coach training programs to senior and middle managers with a goal to help operational managers hone their own coaching skills. Wanda is certified to deliver the Destination Leadership coaching program which is targeted to operational leaders who want to learn to make the most of questioning and feedback opportunities to inspire, reinforce, develop and improve their team’s performance. In addition to offering coach training, she is certified in the use of several individual, team and organizational assessment tools and enjoys working with her clients one-on-one to unleash their resourcefulness to adapt to change and achieve business results.

A lifelong learner with an intuitive approach, Wanda is living her passion by coaching others to discover their capacity for success.
