Le-Ann Eidsness (Certified Facilitator and EXPEDITION Coaching® Faculty)

Le-Ann Eidsness is a Certified Facilitator of the EXPEDITION Coaching™ Program.

She is a Certified Executive Coach and accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has completed the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Level. Le-Ann graduated from the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Program and has coached clients across Canada in financial services, education, health care, utilities and many other areas.

Le-Ann has her MBA from York University, specializing in strategic management and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Prairie Professional Coaches Association – a Saskatchewan Chapter of the ICF. She is certified in a number of assessments and team building tools including The Birkman Method; MBTI (Step I and Step II); Life Styles Inventory; Organizational Cultural Inventory, Group Styles Inventory; EQ-i/EQ360; Crucial Conversations; The Coaching Clinic; and PROSCI Change Management methodology.

She has over twenty (20) years of experience in business and human resources working with executives, managers and supervisors with a key focus on strategy development and planning, leadership development, project management, organizational development, team development, change management and employee engagement.

Le-Ann believes coaching is about helping leaders become better equipped to deal with not only the issue at hand, but those that may arise in the future. For that reason she strives to empower leaders to work through the issue, increase awareness and discover the answers themselves, always doing so with honesty, respect and genuine care.
