Barbra has a Bachelors degree from the University of Regina and over 33 years of experience in municipal government. Her education in recreation administration and business administration were cornerstones to honing her skills as a facilitator, manager, consultant, leader, strategic advisor and executive coach.

Her career as a senior level manager allowed Barb to personify skills in developing and empowering staff and in building and sustaining strong, effective and productive teams. Part of Barb’s mandate was to enhance and maintain strong internal and external partnerships and be instrumental in strategically focused business planning. Some other areas of experience include change management, project management, community development and customer service excellence.

Barb believes that coaching is about enabling individuals to be aware of and open to possibilities and to create the transformation to achieve those possibilities. Each individual can be inspired to be creative, enthusiastic and committed to pursuing their contributions in work, life and their own growth. Coaching enables leadership and learning in individuals and organizations.
