She has over 20 years of work experience in the Saskatchewan workforce, and 16 years of HR experience. The majority of her HR experience was gained working at SaskPower, a crown sector employer (electric utility) for 14 years where she specialized in Organizational Development. She has coached and consulted with individuals and teams in both management and unionized environments including executives, managers, supervisors and professional staff, and technical staff including engineers, trades and technologists, and shift-workers.

Shana’s major accomplishments at SaskPower included the design and development of the Leadership Succession Planning Program(s), Leadership Development Program(s), Supervisory Development Framework, Mentoring Program, annual Leadership Forums, culture change processes, among others.
